The rafting activity on the river takes about 2 hours. You should also allow extra time for check-in, the shuttle to the start point, the safety briefing, the shower, and lunch.

Booking Terms
- Minimum booking: 2 people
- Participant age: 5 to 65 years
- Price valid until 31 March 2027
- The online rate on this page only applies if you book through Wira Tour Bali.
- If you book directly with Mason, Mason’s published rate applies.
- If you already have a confirmed booking directly with Mason, it cannot be changed to Wira Tour Bali’s online rate.

Booking Flow

- Your voucher and pickup details have been sent.
- Show the voucher at check-in.

Payment Notes
- All prices are charged in Rupiah.
- Exchange rates and bank fees follow the payment provider you use
- Payment platform fees are not included in the displayed price and will appear before checkout.
- For group bookings, payment can be made in 1 invoice and 1 transfer.
Reschedule and Cancellation
Reschedule:
- Free until 1 day before the activity, before 16:00 WITA, subject to availability
- Change requests on the activity day cannot be processed.
Cancellation:
- 1 day before the activity, before 16:00 WITA: 50% fee
- 1 day before the activity, after 16:00 WITA: 100% fee
- On the activity day: 100% fee
- Platform fees or service fees are non-refundable
Late Arrival and No-Show
Late arrival or no-show follows the policy applied on the activity day.
Mason Access and Stairs
Check-in Point
Check-in is at the Mason Adventure Centre, Jalan Raya Kedewatan, Ubud.
Before the shuttle to the start point, participants can use the locker and changing room at the check-in area.
Shuttle to the Start Point
From the parking area, Mason provides transport to the start point. The distance is about 7 kilometers, with an estimated travel time of about 15 minutes.
Stair Access
After arriving at the start point, participants need to walk down about 600 steps to reach the river.
After the rafting session ends, participants need to walk up about 400 steps to return to the locker area and shower facilities.
Check this before booking, especially if anyone in your group may struggle with a large number of stairs.
Briefing and Guide Support
Before going down to the river, participants use the rafting equipment and receive a safety briefing.
A professional guide accompanies the river activity.

The package does not include:

Lunch at the Finish Point
The restaurant at the finish point serves lunch.
The usual format is a buffet lunch. If fewer than 15 participants join the activity day, the restaurant may change the lunch to a set menu.
