Check-In and Start Process
- On arrival, participants complete onsite registration first.
- After that, you can have tea, coffee, or water in the lobby.
- Then you change clothes, wear a life jacket and helmet, and continue to the start point.

- The briefing explains the instructions that must be followed during the activity.
- There are a few steps from the lobby area down to the riverside.
- After the activity, you need to go up around 20 steps to the restaurant area.

Cancellation by the Participant
If a participant cancels the booking, the following terms apply:
- Cancellation 3 days before the activity date: refund is processed after admin and service fees are deducted
- Cancellation 1 day before the activity date, before 4:00 PM Central Indonesia Time (WITA, UTC+8): a 50% cancellation fee of the total payment applies
- Cancellation 1 day before the activity date, after 4:00 PM WITA: a 100% cancellation fee of the total payment applies
- Cancellation on the activity date or no-show: a 100% cancellation fee of the total payment applies
Reschedule Requests
If you want to change the activity date, the following terms apply:
- Reschedule requests can be submitted no later than 1 day before the activity date, before 4:00 PM WITA.
- Reschedule is subject to schedule availability and operator approval.
- If the new date is not available, the reschedule request cannot be processed.
Refund Terms
Refund terms are as follows:
- Cancellation 1 day before the activity date, before 4:00 PM WITA: 50% refund of the total payment
- Cancellation 3 days before the activity date: refund is processed after admin and service fees are deducted
- refund processing time: 1 x 24 hours
- Refund is sent by bank transfer or PayPal.
If the Activity Cannot Operate
If the activity cannot run due to operational circumstances, the following terms apply:
- If the operator cancels the activity due to weather, river conditions, or safety factors, participants will be offered a reschedule or a refund.
