Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Cancellation
- Full refund for cancellations processed more than 48 hours before departure.
- 50% charge for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before departure
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
- Refund does not include administration fees or transfer fees.
Reschedule
If weather conditions are not safe for the activity, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
