Bakas Levi Rafting Booking Requirements

  • We process your booking only after we confirm availability.
  • After we confirm availability and you decide to continue, our reservation team will send you an invoice.
  • You must pay in full to confirm your reservation.
  • You must complete full payment no later than 1 day before the activity date.
  • The reservation is final after payment has been verified.
  • Participant age on this page: 7 to 65 years

Activity Day Flow

  • It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the parking area to the riverbank.
  • After the rafting ends, guests walk to the car park at the finish point.
  • A vehicle will take guests back to the starting point.
  • After returning to the starting point, guests can shower and have lunch.

Bakas Levi Rafting Raft Capacity

  • In 1 raft, the operator usually places 4 to 5 guests and 1 river guide.
  • The total capacity in 1 raft is around 5 to 6 people.
  • If your group is larger, the operator will divide participants into more than one raft.
  • Seating positions in the raft are decided by the river guide to help maintain balance and safety during the activity.

How to Book Bakas Levi Rafting

Step 1: Contact the reservation team

Contact the Wira Water Sport Bali reservation team through:

  • Admin service hours: 08.00–21.00 WITA (Central Indonesia Time)
  • Estimated reply time: around 5 minutes on WhatsApp and around 30 minutes by email during admin service hours
  • The fastest booking channel is WhatsApp.

Step 2: Send your booking details

Please send:

Step 3: Receive the invoice

  • The reservation team will check availability.
  • The invoice will be sent only if availability is confirmed and you continue with the booking.
  • Before payment, make sure the guest name, activity date, and number of participants on the invoice are correct.

Step 4: Complete payment

  • Payment must follow the total amount on the invoice.
  • Make payment only after you receive the invoice.
  • Use only the official payment details sent by the Wira Water Sport Bali reservation team.

  • The price does not include any transaction or transfer fees charged by the payment provider, and you must pay those fees.
  • Please make sure we receive the full invoice amount after any bank or payment service charges.
  • We only consider your payment received or verified after the admin receives your proof of payment and the funds appear in the official account or official payment method.

After Full Payment

  • Guests will receive a reservation confirmation or booking voucher.
  • WhatsApp, email, or both will send the document or confirmation.
  • If there is any issue after payment, contact the same reservation numbers or email listed above.

Bakas Levi Rafting Booking Change Policy

  • You can request 1 date change without charge, subject to availability and operator confirmation.
  • The date change request must be submitted no later than 3 days before the activity date.
  • If the replacement date is not available, we cannot change your booking date.
  • Please submit your cancellation at least 1 day before the activity date and before 14.00 WITA so we can process your refund after deducting the admin fee.
  • If you cancel after 14.00 WITA or on the activity date, we cannot give you a refund.
