Introduction: Who We Are
Wira Rafting Bali is a curated adventure experience provided by Wira Tour Bali, a licensed travel agency registered in Indonesia. We act as a booking facilitator, not the direct operator of rafting or other outdoor activities listed on our website or booking channels.
All activities, including white water rafting, are delivered by independently licensed and certified third-party operators, whom we select based on strict standards of safety, legality, and service quality.
Our role is to coordinate with these trusted providers to offer seamless arrangements for rafting on the Ayung, Telaga Waja, and Melangit Rivers, as well as other outdoor adventures across Bali. While we do not manage the activities ourselves, every booking is backed by our commitment to verified partners, transparent information, and responsive customer support.
Purpose of These Terms and Conditions

- Legal disclaimers, acknowledgment of risk, and third-party service roles
By submitting a reservation request, whether via WhatsApp, our website, or any other communication, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
We encourage you to review this document carefully before confirming your booking to ensure a safe, informed, and transparent travel experience.

Activity Changes by Wira Rafting Bali or Our Partners
At Wira Rafting Bali, we strive to ensure every adventure runs as planned. However, due to the nature of outdoor and water-based experiences, changes may be necessary for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
When & Why Changes Might Occur
Modifications to confirmed bookings may be required due to:
- Adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, unsafe river currents)
- Operational decisions by the licensed provider (e.g., equipment issues, staffing availability)
- On-site safety assessments by the operator
- Force majeure situations, including road closures, natural disasters, or government restrictions
These decisions are typically made by the third-party activity provider, not Wira Tour Bali. However, we will coordinate all communications and available alternatives on your behalf.
Your Rights in Case of Alterations
If an activity is adjusted for the above reasons, Wira Rafting Bali will work to ensure the following:
1. Timely Notification
You will be informed as early as possible about any changes, including the reason and the impact on your booking.
2. Alternative Options
Where feasible, you will be offered one of the following at no additional cost:
- A revised departure time or date
- A comparable activity of equal or higher value
3. Refund Eligibility (Conditional)
If the alternatives are unavailable or not acceptable, and the activity is substantially altered or cancelled, you may request a partial or full refund.
- All refund decisions are subject to approval by the licensed activity provider, who retains sole authority over refund terms.
- Wira Rafting Bali, acting as a booking agent, cannot issue refunds independently if the provider declines.
4. Customer Support
Our team is here to assist you in managing your revised itinerary, communicating with providers, and minimizing disruption to your travel experience.
We appreciate your understanding in rare situations where itinerary changes are necessary. Your safety, comfort, and satisfaction remain our highest priority, even when adjustments are required.
Customer Responsibilities – Wira Rafting Bali
Your safety, enjoyment, and respect for Bali’s environment and culture are essential to a positive experience. By participating in any activity booked through Wira Rafting Bali, you agree to the following responsibilities.

All participants must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia throughout their activity. This includes:
- Road and traffic laws
- Environmental protection and conservation rules
- Public conduct laws (e.g., regarding noise, alcohol, prohibited substances, and public order)
Violation of local laws is solely the responsibility of the participant and may result in legal consequences, including removal from the activity without refund.
Obey Activity Rules & Staff Instructions
Each activity has specific safety rules, participation guidelines, and operational procedures established by the licensed activity provider.
By joining, participants agree to:
- Follow all instructions issued by guides or trip leaders
- Wear required safety equipment and participate in all briefings
- Immediately comply with any behavioral or safety directions given during the activity
Necessary: Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the activity. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the provider’s decision is final.
Cultural & Environmental Respect
Respect Local Culture
Bali is home to sacred spaces, traditional ceremonies, and strong spiritual customs. We ask all participants to:
- Dress modestly when visiting temples or ceremonial sites.
- Avoid interrupting or photographing ceremonies without permission.
Protect Natural Environments
To help preserve Bali’s ecosystems, all participants must:
- Avoid littering, damaging plants, or disturbing wildlife.
- Stay on designated trails or rafting zones.
- Dispose of waste only in designated bins.
Managing Personal Belongings
Wira Tour Bali and its partner operators are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the activity.
We strongly recommend that participants:
- Leave valuables (e.g., jewelry, large amounts of cash, electronics) in a safe location before departure
- Keep any necessary items secured and attended to at all times
Bringing valuables is done at your own risk.
Conduct & Grounds for Removal
Wira Tour Bali maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of alcohol or drugs before or during the activity
- Refusal to follow safety instructions or guidelines
- Aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behavior toward staff, other participants, or locals
In such cases:
- The guide or provider has the full authority to remove the participant immediately
- No refunds will be provided
- The participant may be held financially liable for damages, injuries, or disruptions caused
Liability for Damage or Injury Caused by Participants
If a participant causes:
- Damage to equipment, vehicles, or property, or
- Injury to another person, staff member, or guide
Due to recklessness, intoxication, or refusal to follow instructions, that individual will be held fully responsible for:
- All repair or replacement costs
- Any medical treatment or related expenses
- Compensation for damages or disruption, as applicable
By agreeing to these terms, you accept full responsibility for your conduct during the activity and understand that your actions may carry legal and financial consequences.

These responsibilities exist to support a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants, local communities, and the natural spaces we explore. Your cooperation ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
Insurance Requirements – Wira Rafting Bali
At Wira Rafting Bali, your safety, preparedness, and peace of mind are top priorities.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance before joining any activity booked through our platform.
Why Travel Insurance Is Important
While we exclusively partner with licensed and safety-certified operators, participation in adventure and water-based activities carries inherent risk.
Travel insurance can help protect you from:
- Medical emergencies or hospitalization
- Trip interruptions, delays, or cancellations
- Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
Necessary: Standard travel policies often exclude coverage for high-risk or adventure activities (e.g., rafting, jet skiing). Always confirm this with your insurance provider.
Recommended Coverage
Your policy should ideally include the following:
- Emergency Medical Coverage – for illness, injury, transport, and hospital care
- Trip Cancellation & Interruption – to recover costs if plans change unexpectedly
- Personal liability – for accidental injury or property damage caused to others
- Adventure Activity Coverage – explicitly includes rafting, diving, and water sports
- Baggage Protection – against theft, damage, or loss during travel
Tip: Carefully review your policy’s exclusions, coverage limits, and emergency procedures to ensure it matches the activities you plan to join.
Activity Insurance Provided by Operators
Wira Rafting Bali does not provide insurance coverage directly.
Instead, each activity is covered under the insurance policy of the licensed third-party operator (e.g., rafting company, dive school, or water sports provider). These insurance terms:
- Vary between operators
- May have coverage limits, exclusions, or claim procedures specific to the provider
- Are not controlled or issued by Wira Tour Bali
If you wish to review the operator’s insurance details, please ask our team in advance of booking.
Personal Responsibility
Each participant is solely responsible for securing adequate insurance that meets the needs of their chosen activities.
Failure to carry proper insurance may result in personal financial responsibility for:
- Medical treatment or hospitalization
- Emergency evacuation or transport
- Liability for damages caused to third parties or equipment
If you’re unsure whether your coverage is sufficient, we can offer general guidance or refer you to a trusted insurance advisor. However, all final decisions and arrangements are your responsibility.
Safety & Risk Disclosure – Wira Rafting Bali
Adventure activities offer excitement and unforgettable memories, but they also involve inherent risks. This section outlines the safety measures implemented by our licensed activity providers and the risks you acknowledge and accept by joining.

At Wira Rafting Bali, we coordinate a variety of outdoor activities in partnership with licensed, safety-certified providers across Bali.
While we do not operate these activities directly, we work closely with our trusted partners to help ensure that every participant is fit, informed, and supported throughout their experience.
This section outlines the health requirements and accessibility guidelines for participation.
Health Requirements for Participation
Adventure activities such as rafting, water sports, and cycling involve physical exertion, exposure to natural elements, and often occur in remote locations.
To ensure your safety, activity providers require all participants to meet the following health criteria:
Medical Fitness
You must be in generally good health and physically capable of safely participating. The following conditions may require medical clearance before joining:
- Heart disease or high blood pressure
- Severe asthma or chronic respiratory issues
- Recent surgery or musculoskeletal injuries

Important: The final decision regarding participation eligibility lies with the activity provider, based on risk assessment and safety protocols.
Mandatory Health Disclosure
You are required to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking to Wira Rafting Bali and/or the operator.
This enables the provider to:
- Assess risks appropriately
- Make limited adjustments where feasible
- Decline participation if health conditions pose a serious safety risk
Failure to disclose medical conditions may result in the denial of the involvement without refund.
Medication Requirements
If you require medication during the activity (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens, insulin):
- Bring your medicines with you and keep them accessible
- Inform the guide or staff before the activity begins
- Ensure that someone in your group is aware of your condition
Professional Medical Advice
If you are uncertain whether an activity is appropriate for your health condition, we strongly recommend that you consult a licensed healthcare provider before confirming your booking.
Accessibility for Guests with Disabilities
We are committed to making Bali’s adventure experiences as inclusive and accessible as reasonably possible. However, due to the natural terrain, physical demands, and provider limitations, some activities may not be suitable for all guests.
Pre-Assessment & Planning
If you have a physical, mobility-related, or sensory disability, please get in touch with Wira Rafting Bali before booking.
We will coordinate with the relevant provider to:
- Understand your needs and support requirements
- Assess feasibility based on safety and operational capacity
- Recommend alternative activities if appropriate
Note: Wira Rafting Bali cannot guarantee that any activity or location will meet all accessibility needs. Accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with the operator.
Adaptive Equipment & Support
Some providers may offer limited adaptive equipment, support personnel, or modified logistics depending on:
- Activity type (e.g., rafting vs. cycling)
- Terrain and location
- Availability of trained staff and equipment
Please note that not all activities or venues are wheelchair-accessible, especially those in remote or rugged areas of Bali.
Advance Notice Required
To best accommodate your needs, please provide 3–5 days’ advance notice, including:
- Specific support or mobility needs
- Information on any assistive equipment you plan to bring
- Details of accompanying support persons, if any
This allows providers time to assess safety, logistics, and availability of resources.
Our Commitment
Wira Rafting Bali, together with our certified third-party partners, is committed to respecting each participant’s health, safety, and dignity to the greatest extent possible within the operational limits of each activity.
While we cannot guarantee full accommodation in all cases, we aim to communicate transparently, assess requests fairly, and support inclusive adventure experiences wherever feasible.
