- Our contact form

- Full name (as on the Booking)

A cancellation is valid only when Wira Tour Bali confirms it in writing.
6.2 Refund Conditions
Each Operator sets cancellation and refund conditions, and these may differ between Activities (for example, rafting trips, water sports, Kecak performances, or other tours).
The Activity page and your Booking confirmation show the exact policy that applies to your reservation and take priority over these general rules.
Unless the relevant Activity page or Operator terms state different or stricter rules, the following general policy applies:
- Same-day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
- No-show: Treated as same-day cancellation (no refund).
- 1 day before the Activity:
- Before 15:00 WITA: 50% refund
- After 15:00 WITA: no refund
Always check your Booking confirmation and the Activity page for Operator-specific policies.
6.3 Postponement Due to Weather or Safety
If an Operator postpones an Activity due to weather, river conditions, or other safety reasons:
- A new date or time will be offered where possible.
- No refund is given for weather-related postponements.
- This applies to all Bookings (private, shared, or group).
If you cannot attend the new date, the Booking is treated as fulfilled and non-refundable, unless the Operator decides otherwise.
6.4 Last-Minute Changes (< 48 Hours)
Changes requested less than 48 hours before the Activity:
- May incur change fees; and
- Are subject to Operator approval and availability.
No-shows without notice are non-refundable, except in limited emergency cases pre-approved by Wira Tour Bali and/or the Operator.
6.5 Activity Changes by Operators
As explained in Section 1, Activities are operated by independent Operators. They may change or cancel an Activity due to:
- Adverse weather (for example, heavy rain, unsafe currents)
- Operational issues (equipment, staffing)
- On-site safety assessments
- Force majeure (road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions)
In such cases:
- We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
- Where feasible and at no extra cost, you may be offered:
- A revised departure time or date, or
- A comparable Activity of equal or higher value.
- If no acceptable alternative is available and the Activity is substantially altered or cancelled, you may request a partial or full refund.
The Operator makes the final decision on refunds. As a booking facilitator, Rafting By Wira Tour Bali cannot issue refunds independently if the Operator declines. We will assist with communication and itinerary changes.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By joining any Activity booked through Rafting By Wira Tour Bali, you agree to the responsibilities below.
7.1 Compliance with Indonesian Law
You must comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including:
- Road and traffic rules
- Environmental protection and conservation rules
- Public conduct rules (for example, regarding noise, alcohol, prohibited substances, public order)
Any legal consequences from violations are your responsibility and may include removal from the Activity without refund.
7.2 Obey Activity Rules & Staff Instructions
You agree to:
- Follow all instructions from guides or trip leaders.
- Wear required safety equipment.
- Attend safety briefings

7.4 Managing Personal Belongings
Wira Tour Bali and the Operators are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
We recommend that you:
- Leave valuables (jewelry, large cash, high-value electronics) in a safe place before departure.
- Keep essential items with you and secure them during the Activity.
Bringing valuables is at your own risk.
7.5 Conduct & Grounds for Removal
You must not:
- Use alcohol or drugs before or during the Activity.
- Refuse safety instructions
- Behave aggressively, threateningly, or in a way that endangers others.
If you do, guides or Operators may:
- Remove you from the Activity immediately; and
- Deny any refund; and
- Hold you responsible for any damage, injury, or disruption caused.
7.6 Liability for Damage or Injury Caused by Participants
If, due to recklessness, intoxication, or refusal to follow instructions, you cause:
- Damage to equipment, vehicles, or property; or
- Injury to another person, staff, or guide,
You may be held responsible for:
- Repair or replacement costs
- Related medical or treatment expenses
- Compensation for damage or disruption
These responsibilities protect other Participants, local communities, and the environment.
8. Insurance Requirements
We strongly recommend that all Participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance before joining any Activity.
8.1 Why Travel Insurance Is Important
Even with vetted Operators, Activities carry inherent risk. Insurance can help cover:
- Medical emergencies or hospitalization
- Trip interruptions, delays, or cancellations
- Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
Many standard travel policies exclude high-risk or adventure Activities (such as rafting or jet skiing), so you must check your policy carefully.
8.2 Recommended Coverage
Ideally, your policy should include:
- Emergency medical coverage (treatment, transport, hospital care)
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Personal liability (injury or property damage caused to others)
- Adventure Activity coverage (explicitly includes rafting, diving, water sports)
- Baggage protection (theft, damage, or loss)
Always review exclusions, limits, and claim procedures.
8.3 Activity Insurance Provided by Operators
Rafting by Wira Tour Bali does not provide insurance. Each Activity is covered, if applicable, by the Operator’s own insurance policy, which:
- Varies between Operators
- May contain specific limits, exclusions, and claim processes
- Wira Tour Bali does not control it.
If you want to see an Operator’s insurance details, request them before booking.
8.4 Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for securing suitable insurance. Without it, you may be personally responsible for:
- Medical treatment or hospital bills
- Emergency evacuation or transport
- Liability for damage to third parties or equipment
We can provide general guidance or refer you to an insurance advisor, but final insurance decisions are yours.
9. Safety & Risk Disclosure
9.1 Understanding the Risks
By booking and participating in an Activity, you acknowledge that Activities may expose you to:
- Strong or unpredictable river currents
- Uneven, wet, or slippery terrain
- Sudden weather changes (rain, wind, heat)
- Physical exertion, fatigue, or dehydration
- Injuries ranging from minor bruises and cuts to serious incidents (fractures, dislocations, emergencies)
You voluntarily accept these risks as part of the Activity.
9.2 Safety Measures by Operators
As noted in Section 1, Activities are operated by licensed Operators. We expect them to implement safety measures such as:
- Certified and experienced guides
- Regular checks of life jackets, helmets, and other equipment
- Safety briefings on equipment use, signals, and behaviour
- Limits on group size and enforcement of age, health, and fitness requirements
- The right to delay or cancel Activities in unsafe conditions
- First-aid kits, communication tools, and evacuation plans
- Ongoing monitoring of weather, river conditions, and Participant well-being
Insurance coverage for the Activity, if any, is provided by the Operator’s own policy.
9.3 Participant Responsibility
You agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions from guides and staff.
- Manage your hydration, sun protection, and physical condition.
- Accept that refusal to follow safety protocols may lead to removal without refund.
Your safety depends on both your conduct and the Operator’s procedures.
10. Health & Accessibility
10.1 Health Requirements
Activities may involve physical exertion, exposure to the elements, and remote locations without immediate medical care.
You must be in generally good health. Conditions that may require medical clearance include:
- Heart disease or high blood pressure
- Severe asthma or chronic respiratory problems
- Recent surgery or musculoskeletal injuries
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
The Operator has the final say on eligibility based on risk and safety.
10.2 Mandatory Health Disclosure
When booking, you must disclose any:
- Medical conditions
- Allergies
- Physical limitations
This allows the Operator to:
- Assess risk
- Make reasonable adjustments where possible.
- Decline participation if safety is at stake
Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in denial of participation without refund.
10.3 Medication
If you need medication during the Activity (for example, inhalers, EpiPens, insulin):
- Bring enough medication and keep it accessible.
- Inform the guide before the Activity starts.
- Ensure at least one person in your group knows about your condition.
10.4 Accessibility for Guests with Disabilities
We aim to support inclusive experiences where feasible, but:
- Some sites are not wheelchair-accessible.
- Steep paths, stairs, and rough terrain may be involved.
If you have a physical, mobility-related, or sensory disability, contact us before booking so we can:
- Understand your needs
- Coordinate with the Operator
- Assess feasibility and, if needed, suggest alternatives.
We cannot guarantee that any Activity or location will meet all accessibility needs. Requests are managed case-by-case with Operators.
10.5 Advance Notice
To plan support, please provide at least 3–5 days’ notice, including:
- Your specific support or mobility needs
- Any assistive equipment you will bring
- Details of any accompanying support persons
Operators are responsible for Participants’ health, safety, and dignity within the operational limits of each Activity.
