If it rains, the venue provides a plastic raincoat. This is a venue facility rather than a separately priced ticket benefit.
Before You Book
- General Admission only. Seating is unassigned and first-come, first-served.
- Checked manually with the operator by WhatsApp. This page does not show real-time inventory.
- You can book on the same day when capacity remains, but you must complete the booking and payment at least two hours before the scheduled performance.
- Wira Tour Bali issues the voucher in the lead guest’s name.
A performance can become fully booked. If it is already full and you do not hold a confirmed ticket, you cannot purchase admission for that performance.

Make Payment
Send proof of payment through the same communication channel used for the booking.
Receive Confirmation and Voucher
Wira Tour Bali completes the reservation with the operator and then issues your voucher.
When is your booking confirmed?
Wira Tour Bali confirms your booking only after it receives your payment and the operator confirms the reservation. A WhatsApp message or booking-form submission alone is not a confirmed reservation.
Voucher and Redemption
Wira Tour Bali processes vouchers manually. For a future visit date, the voucher is usually sent within one to two hours after confirmation.
For a same-day booking, Wira Tour Bali sends the voucher as soon as possible after the operator confirms the reservation.
- Delivery: Usually by WhatsApp. You can request the voucher by email.
- Lead guest name: Must appear on the voucher.
- Name change: Can be requested before the performance starts.
- ID at redemption: Not normally required.

Currency and Fees
The primary settlement currency is IDR. PayPal processes payments in USD, while other payment providers may allow customers to pay in their own currency.
Wira Tour Bali does not add a separate tax, service charge, or booking fee to the IDR 120,000 ticket price. Payment-provider transaction fees may apply depending on the method used.
After Payment
Send proof of payment through the same contact channel so Wira Tour Bali can match it to your booking request.
An e-receipt or tax invoice is available on request through WhatsApp.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Wira Tour Bali receives requests for name changes, date changes, cancellations, and refunds, then forwards them to the operator for handling under the applicable terms.
- Name Change: Request a name change before the performance starts.
- Date Change: Contact Wira Tour Bali before your visit. Wira Tour Bali will forward your request to the operator for approval.
Cancellation More Than 2 Days Before
Ask Wira Tour Bali to confirm the applicable cancellation terms before payment. No separate verified cancellation percentage for this period is published here.
- Cancel 1 to 2 Days Before the Performance: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancel on the Performance Date: A 100% cancellation fee applies, with no refund.
- No-show: A 100% charge applies, with no refund.
- Late Arrival: No refund applies for late arrival. Guests with a valid voucher may still enter after the performance starts and watch the remaining portion.
If the Operator or Venue Cancels the Performance
The performance normally continues in rain. If the operator or venue cancels the performance, you can choose a refund or reschedule.
Refund Processing
Wira Tour Bali processes eligible refunds within two days and returns the funds to the original payment method. Payment providers, except PayPal, do not refund their transaction fees.
