Post Modified Date: October 18, 2024 by Wayan Suadnyana Category: Attractions, Traditional Balinese Dance

First, one of the most-visited tourist attractions in Bali is Ubud, visited by either local or international tourists. Ubud Bali tourist attraction has astonished many visitors who always want to return. If you have never been to Ubud Bali, you must wonder, what are the best things to do in Ubud? Ubud Bali offers many things to do and is famous for outdoor activities such as rice field trekking, cycling, and Ubud Rafting Bali, which is well-known as Ayung Rafting Ubud. Ubud Bali is also familiar with art and culture shows such as painting, sculpture, carving, and Balinese choreography such as Kecak dance Ubud.

Many tourists who come to Ubud Bali are attracted to watch the Bali Kecak & Fire Dance performance. Moreover, of course, it is not hard for visitors to get the chance to watch the Balinese dance performance in Ubud.

Show Schedule & Ticket Price Of Kecak Dance Ubud

Furthermore, the performance is only done at night if you want to watch Kecak & Fire dance. Kecak & Fire dance usually starts at 19:00 or 19:30. There are two famous places in Ubud to watch Kecak & Fire dance, and there are:

  • Pura Dalem Taman Kaja Temple, Wednesday & Saturday.
  • Arma Museum Ubud, every Saturday.

Most of all, it is essential to note that the Kecak & Fire dance is not performed daily in those places. Please look at the schedule below to ensure the location, ticket price, and time of the Kecak dance performance.

Also, after the Covid-19 pandemic, finding the exact schedule and entry price for the Kecak dance in Ubud is pretty hard. Because Kecak dance Bali requires plenty of dancers, the cost of holding a Kecak dance performance is relatively high; if the number of guests does not cover the performance cost, then the Kecak dance will be postponed.

Please note that the dance performance, time of the show, and ticket price can change at any time.

Best Way To Get The Kecak Dance Ubud Performance Location

Furthermore, for those who have not familiar with the Ubud area. There might be a bit tricky to find each location where the Kecak dance is performed in Ubud.

Besides, finding a place to park your car in Ubud is tough if you decide to ride your vehicle. It is because there are only a few parking lots, and most people park on the sides of the street, which are mostly full and have hard-to-find space.

That is why, if you plan to visit Ubud and decide to watch Balinese dance, you better rent a car with a driver in Bali, so it will be much easier to find the location of the performance and parking areas.

Another option is to ride a scooter. Furthermore, finding a scooter rental in Ubud is relatively easy; all you need to do is to use Google to find a scooter rental in Ubud Bali. The average scooter rental in Ubud Bali is around IDR 100.000/24 hours without fuel.

Another Dance Performance Location Beside Ubud

Besides Ubud, the most famous place for Kecak and fire dance performances is Uluwatu temple. Why are the tourists interested in Kecak Dance’s performance in the Uluwatu temple? It is because they can watch the dance while enjoying the sunset view in the background.

Furthermore, suppose you are interested in watching a Kecak dance performance in Bali and want to know the performance schedule and ticket prices. In that case, I suggest you watch the Kecak dance at Uluwatu Temple Bali.

Furthermore, there is a Kecak dance performance at Uluwatu Temple Bali every day. The Kecak dance performance at Uluwatu Temple starts at 18:00. The Uluwatu Kecak ticket counter is open from 17:00.

Because the number of visitors interested in watching the Uluwatu Kecak dance is very high, sometimes the Uluwatu Kecak tickets are sold out. Therefore, through online ticket booking, I suggest you order Kecak Uluwatu tickets early, at least one day in advance.

Also, besides the Uluwatu temple, you can look at a Bali Kecak dance performance at Tanah Lot.
