Shopping In Bali - A Guide List Of Place To Shop, Tips & Things To Buy

You are here: Home » Shopping In Bali

As a holiday destination, Bali island has plenty of things to offer for travelers. From unusual attractions and fun activities. For most travelers, when planning a holiday to Bali, shopping activity wasn’t the initial plan on their itinerary. However, the pocket-friendly prices for goods that Bali offer will make shopping one of the things to do in Bali. Therefore, most visitors will still buy enthralling and compelling products in Bali.

When they shop in Bali, most visitors get interested in buying exclusive Balinese products. Such as handicrafts, antique furniture, art paintings, jewelry, wood carving and stone carvings, and traditional masks. Besides Bali’s unique products, you can also find cheap and expensive clothing.
Furthermore, bargaining is not available when buying things in a Bali mall. However, you must bargain if you buy stuff in a small shop, traditional market, or art gallery. Therefore, you can get a value you can yield, and you need to be excellent at negotiating. For payment, not all shopping places in Bali provide credit card payments. Therefore you should get some cash in the form of an Indonesian Rupiah.

The opening hours differ from the traditional market, small shops, and shopping malls. The traditional art market typically opens from 09:00 – 18:00, for example, the Sukawati market. However, a shopping mall or a small shop on the street usually opens from 10:00 – 22:00.
